We have a 30-day return policy, but please note: we do not accept returns of the product itself. Refunds are issued only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Refund

Once we confirm the issue, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions
- We do not refund items that are working properly, sale items, or gift cards.
- Perishable goods, customized or personalized items, and hazardous materials are not eligible for a refund unless defective.

European Union Customers
